The Jockey Club Tree Lovers programme, organised by The Conservancy Association and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, is a two-and-a-half-year urban forestry education initiative.

Based in Sham Shui Po, an area rich in urban forest resources, the programme connects people with trees and the urban forest through diverse collaborations and creative approaches — including storytelling, interviews, art, carpentry, educational theatre, citizen science, and STEAM learning.

By engaging different communities in different ways, Jockey Club Tree Lovers not only helps people understand the importance of trees, but also encourages everyone to contribute to a more sustainable urban forest.
